Bihar school of yoga:


The Bihar School of Yoga was founded in 1964 by Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati to impart yogic training to householders and sannyasins alike.

But before entering inside the ashram let me warn you about the hectic schedule and a lot of karma yoga.I found my self completely tired after the last evening prayer session but more satisfied and happy than other days.
